5 star hotel . Amazing architecture , feels like you stay inside a thai temple.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! This hotel is shockingly rundown and nowhere near a five-star standard. If you want to ruin your holiday, don’t hesitate to choose this hotel! I suspect the positive reviews online are paid for by the hotel because the actual experience was utterly terrible. We stayed for three nights, and here’s what we encountered: First night: The toilet seat in our room was crooked, and the glass door couldn’t close properly due to wear and tear. With the wind blowing, the door kept banging against the frame all night, creating endless knocking noises. Ps I cannot upload the video but I will upload it google map if you wish to check it out go there The air conditioning couldn’t be turned on because, when it was, the noise was as loud as a train roaring above our heads—unimaginably loud. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep a wink that night. Second night: The hotel moved us to another room. While the air conditioning noise in this room was slightly more tolerable, the bed had a huge bump in the middle. Can you imagine a supposedly five-star hotel using a mattress that isn’t even flat? I suspect they haven’t replaced the mattress since the hotel opened. But the worst part? The bathtub. When we turned on the massage function, an overwhelming stench filled the room—a mix of human body oil and dirt that seemed to have been fermenting in the drain. The foul smell hit us like a punch and lingered, permeating the entire room. It was absolutely nauseating. Another sleepless night. Third night: After two sleepless nights and three sleeping pills, I finally managed to get some rest despite the horrible conditions. Summary: This hotel’s facilities fall far short of five-star standards—at best, it’s a three-star. Everything is outdated, with no sign of upgrades. The management prioritizes maximizing profits over guest comfort and satisfaction. If you want a genuine five-star experience, choose another hotel.

Overall a great stay. The villas were spacious and comfortable and the staff, especially in the restaurant, were amazing. The location, right on the beach, with good access to restaurants and bars within a short walk was perfect. The villas were very large, had a sense of privacy and were well maintained.

As a family of 5, 3 of us stayed in a 2 bed villa, whilst 2 of my kids had a 1 bed villa. The kids staying in the 1 bed did not like the semi open shower and preferred to use the shower in the 2 bed villa at night to avoid the bugs.

The bed was far too hard, even with the mattress topper. It made sleeping very difficult & we both always woke up sore :(
