"Great beach right off the dock."

It's located directly at the (private) beach. The cocktails from the bar are very nice and included in the price. The room we had was very big and comfortable.

The all-inclusive drinks stop at 6PM. While you can enjoy them all day, it's a bit of a bummer that the drinks aren't available in the evening, more so because there's no fridge in the room.

"Feels very neglected and tired"

Staff were very helpful. We were given a room with a balcony overlooking loads of rubbish and were moved to a better view by lovely reception lady.

Breakfast was poor, the bar stock was non existent. The hotel felt like it was about to close down (and it was Xmas day whilst we were there) I’d say 10% capacity.

"Poor quality and wildly overpriced."

Not much. The air conditioning was cold, which was a good escape from the heat

It was surprising to me how expensive this accommodation is (one of the more expensive ones in the island) considering how terrible it is. The toilet in our room didn’t work, and it took the whole afternoon for it to be fixed (during which we couldn’t use the room). When we came back at night we noticed that the toilet “fix” meant that a little spray of water was flooding the toilet. Additionally, the shower and the sink had no water. There was no one at reception and we couldn’t find ANYONE in the hotel to fix it, so we had to sleep without showering. At night, the hallway night was left on and the flimsy curtains didn’t block any light, we had light glaring in our eyes all night. In the morning, the cleaning lady decided to place her walkie talkie on our window sill and woke us up with their conversation. Hotel staff regularly sat right outside our room being extremely loud, early in the morning, also waking us up. Breakfast was pretty poor - stale cereal, warm milk, and tasteless eggs. Value for money non-existent - we moved to a cheaper hotel nearby that was MUCH better
