This property Is located in Tierra bomba, the hotel has a terrible infrastructure the floor is uneven all around, where the buffet is served it seems To be an obstacle course. You can not diferénciate the steps and all are uneven, I had a terrible fallout I have bruises all around my legs. The next day my friends saw rats, so we asked to get transferred to El Dorado Cartagena. Where we encountered another problems. Just avoid ElDorado en Tierra bomba or Cartagena

MI PRIMERA IMPRESION AL LLEGAR FUE QUE NO HABIA ELEGIDO UN HOTEL SI NO UNA PENSION PUES LA VERDAD LAS FOTOS SON PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA . NUNCA FUE UNA ALIMENTACION BUFFET SI NO QUE NOS PREGUNTABAN Y DABAN OPCION DE DOS PLATOS , FRUTA NO SE VIO JUGOS SIEMPRE FUERON LOS MISMOS. EL BAR SOLO FUNCIONA DE 11 A 6 PM Y LUEGO SIGUEN ES VENDIENDO, EN CONCLUSION NO LO DEBERIAN OFRECERLO COMO TODO INCLUIDO.

Plan todo incluido, no hay variedad en la alimentación, no sirve para niños pequeños que necesiten tomar teteros calientes y baño de agua tibia. Los horarios de check in son para el registro en Cartagena, ya en la isla te entregan la habitación hasta las 3pm y eso. Los snacks escasos y repetitivos. No volveria

"Hotel para descansar "

El hotel es ideal para descansar. La habitación que nos dieron estaba remodelada. Tiene un mirador desde donde se aprecia Cartagena. La atención fue excelente.
