Hotel Dorado Plaza Punta Arena

El personal amable, pero las instalaciones y la limpieza dejan mucho que desear. Mi esposo y mi hijo se enfermaron del estómago por las malas condiciones higiénicas.

Hola este hotel es un despropósito llegamos ahí y sólo tuvimos problemas la habitación no era la que contratamos nos daban una más pequeña falta el agua a veces la del Grifo otras la del inodoro la atención horrible, la comida mala se come mucho mejor en el hotel de al lado por el mismo precio encontramos mechón de pelos en la cama y moscas muertas en la comida la cerveza en vasos de plástico tienen de vidrio pero no les da la gana de ponerlos, experiencia para no repetir horrible fuimos a poner una queja a la gerencia en el hotel El Dorado.. no lo recomiendo para nada hotel desastroso y nuestra estancia en el hotel con obreros trabajando,NO COMETAN EL ERROR DE CAER AHÍ

Maybe I could recommend this if it were $30 -- maybe -- but it is a lot more. Beach is not great, but OK. Hotel looks like a concrete jungle -- room has one small window and no view. Looks like it was an old boarding school dorm or something. Food was OK but greasy and bland (e.g., white bread, not even toasted). We didn't have water for 2 days (and times without electricity, but never too long). The second day they brought me a bucket of water, so I could take a bucket shower. But, they didn't the first day because you needed to ask for it. Staff is great!!

The Beach was beautiful and the building itself had much character but the services was terrible. They did not mention the wrist bands until we realized we couldn't eat without them. There were no restaurants on the Island so we had no choice but to each on the hotel. The food was awful. Deep fried corn bread, definitely not what I would consider an AREPA. Coffee was terrible they ran out of Milk. The staff was somewhat friendly. I presume they did the best with what they had. Do not bring Babies, there are No highchairs and the rooms do not have a fridge to store milk. Room was clean, cleaning staff was great.

el hotel, la playa, el servicio muy bien, solo dos inconvenientes importantes, hay un problema y es que pasan motos por la playa y hay días en que ponen musica a muy alto volumen todo el día. Mas que todo por el tema de la motos pensaría no volver allí, a pesar de la grata experiencia que tuvimos en este hotel

The place is super run down and not very well kept. The service is hit and miss. Some people are super attentive some not so much. Pool closes at 6. Área is not very safe, but it's an ok place to get away from the city.

this hotel had the food of a 4 star all inclusive resort unbelievable at the prices they charge.the rooms were excellent and the maid did a wonderful job cleaning.the chef was first class the beach was excellent nice beaches with restaurants next to the property.i highly recommend this hotel especially at the prices.they o however need to put in more internet services.it only works near the reception
