La atención por parte del chico de recepción, excelente, muy amable.

No me gustó que por adquirir la estancia por medio de Booking, las habitaciones no contaban con TV. Ya que el chico me comentó que por haberlo adquirido a un precio por debajo.

Nadie me ofreció desayuno ni sabía que había

Llegamos a las 12 de la noche y el chico que nos recibió pésima actitud , no nos indicó el camino a la hab , no los ayudo con el equipaje, nos aventó la llave de la habitación , y cuando le avisamos que no podíamos prender la tele el fue la prendió y nos contestó : no que no prendía ?? Y la piscina dijeron que la limpiaban y cuando fuimos llena de hojas x todos lados las mesas sucias las sillas tmbn el piso igual bueno un un caos y la hab con manchas de humedad muy muy visibles
