Waterfront location, good views from the balcony. Large apartment, fully furnished.

No elevator, so we were upgraded to a top floor room, and the staircase was very narrow. No air conditioning in the two bedrooms, didn't exist. Beds are not comfy. Parking is too tight, it was very difficult to load and unload our car.
