The rooms, especially carpets are dirty and dusty. The aircondition seems to be not cleared for years. Some parts of the hotel smells like sewage. The breakfasts are undistinguished. The room view is against a shipyard and looks like rubbish. The hotel location is a bit far away from center, it is not noisy.Not worth for this money.

Marina Vista is a pleasant small hotel on the outskirts of Fethiye town. This was not a challenge as there are plenty of inexpensive Dolmus around. Being next to a working boat-yard may seem off putting but watching the work and the launching of the boats was fascinating. Great staff, especially in reception, who were most helpful at all times. If I were to go back then that would not be a disappointment as the overall experience was good.

Great time here. Hotel is at the quiet end of town but well situated. A small bus (Dolmas) passes every 5/10 mins and costs 2Tl. Food is good but don't expect the Full English treatment. Lovely patio to eat and drink on. Nice small clean pool. Good friendly staff. Lovely beds and good Air con. Small grounds and no kids play stuff.

It was so great. The staff were very helpful, the pool refreshing and the rooms ands comfortable.

The hotel was nice, rooms clean and modern. Its in a really strange area of Karagozler right in the middle of a working ship yard which is not ideal, You will need a car to get into town. Parking outside the hotel was easy and free. Nice pool. Breakfast could be taken inside or outside on the dock of a little marina. Breakfast included in the price is not good and we preferred to go into town and buy a proper breakfast. Also room was booked for double occupancy but hotel charged me an extra 50YTL which was annoying. AC in rooms was good but the main parts of the hotel werent air conditioned.
