This perfect hotel is situated about 15 mins walk outside of Fethiye, the Dolmus stops right outside the hotel and takes you into the centre of Fethiye, this takes around 5 mins. This is a first class hotel with excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious with massive bathrroms. Ours had a separate shower and large bath again with a shower. It was spotless and cleaned every day with clean towels. The room had "air con" and flat screen TV, well stocked mini bar and tea/coffee making facilities. The pool area was again a joy, pool beds, tables and umberalla's. Pool towels were free of charge and placed out for use each day. The breakfasts were of a good standards and there was lots of choice. We ate by the pool at lunch times and again an extensive menu. The location of the hotel on its own private marina was heaven. It was quiet with the odd sound coming from the boat yard next door. The pool area was very quiet often with only us sat by it for the majority of the day - Heaven. Meals were taken sitting next to the marina with a view to die for. The staff were professional and very friendly, this hotel lives totally up to its "boutique" standard. I would give this 10/10 and am booking again for next year. Well done Marina Vista - total credit to all the staff.

Staff were very helpful and the room was simply great! Views over the bay and marina. We watched the rising sun and took photos of the stunning scenes.We had a couple of Turkish baths with massages at the hotel which were the best we've experienced.We highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort, views, great staff. All at a reasonable price too!

The hotel is just past the edge of town, in an area that is very quiet at night, it is between two transitional shipyards where you can see wooden boats being made in the daytime – we had no issue with noise from the shipyards. The bar is in a separate building by the pool and the hotel does not get the sort of guest that wish to have a “night life” – so gives a good night’s sleep. (It is let down a bit at weekends due to the FezTravel tours using the hotel however they soon departed on their day trips giveing us back our nice hotel.) Our room was very nice, we had nothing to complain about with the breakfasts and the few nights we ate in the hotel the food was very good, but as we like Turkish food we got the dolmus into town most nights. The hotels evening menu is very “western”. The dolmus stops just outside the hotel and takes about 10 minutes to get into the centre of Fethiye, I don’t recall ever having to wait more than 10 minutes for a dolmus and they cost under £1 per person. The views from the rooms on the higher level are very good, they were happy to move us to a high level room as soon as one become free. If you are looking for a quality hotel with very good access to Fethiye in a quiet area, then the Marina Vista Fethiye is hard to beat, we are already talking about our next holiday there.

This was a nice stay, comfortable bed, but far from the downtown shopping area. The breakfast is very nice and it's nice to have a stand-up shower and a soaker tub with a shower. Downside: You need a car to stay here or I suppose you can look into a bus or a shuttle. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms on the same floor - so for non-smokers like us, not so nice when you open your room door.

We had a wonderful time at the Marina Vista Hotel. it is a little way out of town but a mini bus runs regularly

The rooms are ok, view of the water from our floor was not very good the next floor up would have been better. Location is good if you want quite, it is right on the edge of town. If you want to be near town (or near anything really) then I would not recommend this hotel. Food average. Was charged for the room on checkout although we had already paid through Expedia. We did sort it out with the hotel and it was their mistake but still had to hassle a bit to get it resolved.
