Location convenient for slopes. Ski room locker useful. Evening food generally a good standard. Staff helpful. Other guests 'sympatico' generally.

Had to ask for soap! Room cold to start with - warmed up once radiator on. Second duvet a bit ragged. Finding hotel took too long. Came by shuttle from 1600 and found the maze of corridors and lifts bewildering. Actually wandered into the restaurant and asked a staffer if it was the Aguille Rouge but she didn't understand, so I went away thinking I was in another place!
