Good location, friendly staff. Warm rooms.

Beds and bedding extremely uncomfortable and rooms in dying need for a refresh. No soap in bathrooms. Food was largely okay but slow to be restocked and was often tepid.

Ski in Ski out war super. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und im sauberen Zustand. Das Auto vor der Haustüre kann man Ein- u. Ausladen. Am bestem im P7 Parkhaus parken. Hier kommt man auch mit Skiständer oder Dachbox ohne Probleme rein.

Der Skikeller hatte subtropische Temperaturen. Da wir leider vor Moutier 3,5 Stunden vor der Ampel gestanden sind, haben wir am Samstagabend nur noch kalte Küche bzw. Salat bekommen. Nach uns kamen noch viele weitere Gäste die alle Abendessen wollten, aber das war leider nicht möglich, obwohl das Personal mit der Ampel das wusste. Das Restaurant war immer überfüllt, das Büffet war oft leer. Beim Frühstück fehlte Regelmäßig Tassen, Milch, Messer, Teebeutel. Heißes Wasser gab es später nur noch an der Kaffeemaschine wo eine ganze Schlange anstand. Das Abendessen war nur 2X Ok. Die anderen Tage war das Büfett ziemlich leer. Wir mussten deshalb zum Essen ins Restaurant gehen. Meine Empfehlung an alle Leser: Hotel soweit in Ordnung, nur bitte ohne Essen buchen. Die Restaurant in Arc 2000 sind alle super.

Great location in an amazing ski resort with great snow condition and pistes. The hotel, facilities, service etc. is acceptable but nothing more. It doesn't matter to me as I stayed there for its location in the Les Arc ski area. From my perspective, it's great value for the money. Someone who doesn't just travel there to ski, it would probably be disappointing as a hotel.

Service and availability of food, coffee, cutlery etc. in the restaurant was inconsistent. Staffing levels were low and the result of this was very evident. I do understand that it's a budget hotel but, this inconsistency was borderline acceptable even for me who just came for the skiing.

Location and price

Beds were a touch on the hard side and pillows were not very good, quite lumpy despite trying to bash the lumps out. Whilst the food was good, it was not replaced very quickly and at times this caused significant queues which made the food area quite congested.
