Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. In the One-Bedroom Apartment and Three-Bedroom Apartment the cleaning service will be arranged with the host upon arrival, maximum twice a week. Please note that for the One Bedroom Apartment and Three Bedroom Apartment a security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit will be paid in cash and will be fully refunded in cash at check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodations. The deposit amount is €150 for the One-Bedroom Apartment and €300 for the Three-Bedroom Apartment.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
