Helpful and friendly hosts. Really comfortable bed, large bathroom. Beautiful grounds. Nice small touches such as fridge with milk and water, breakfast making appliances.

Fantastic base for our trip to Longleat. Plenty of off road parking and Pauline and Nigel made us feel very welcome. Water and milk was ready in the fridge on our arrival and the microwave and toaster came in really handy. There was also the supercar storage facility nearby that do food and also the George pub about 15-20 minutes walk away which was a lovely walk (albeit in the middle of a heatwave).

Good location with parking

I did not stay and left although I paid for the night. This is not the place to stay for a single chap and indeed I did not. Looked wonderful for parents with young kids but lots of screaming and not my scene. Also no window in the lodge and no way was I spending the night with the door open as it was boiling hot - not the owners fault of course.

All in excellent conditions, very clean and the environment full of nature

It’s kinda far, and there is no way to arrive without a car, keep that in mind

Everything. Lovely room, good shower and bathroom. Very nice room and a perfect bed.
