Traditional Cretan Houses

Sehr nettes urspüngliches Dorf in den Bergen. Angenehme Temperaturen. Appartment sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Netter Innenhof. Appartment wurde in 10 Tagen zweimal gereinigt. Adresse stimmte nicht. Vermieterin war lange nicht erreichbar, Expedia auch nicht. Kleiner Backofen mit zwei Herdplatten wurde erst auf Anfrage gebracht. Kochen mussten wir im extra Raum ohne Licht und ohne Wasseranschluss. Sehr mühsam und eng. Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft dreckig. Es gab keine Waschmaschine, keinen Trockner, keine Spühlmaschieme, keine Klimaanlage. Boden im Badezimmer sehr unangenehm wenn man Barfuß läuft. Kein Duschvorhang. Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Es gab Parkplatzprobleme, Unstimmigkeiten mit den Anwohnern.

Ich buchte und bezahlte diese Unterkunft, durfte aber nicht einchecken. Daraufhin habe ich expedia angeschrieben, mit der bitte zu stornieren. Die Dame des Hotels hat dies dann boykottiert, so dass ich mein Geld nicht zurückbekommen habe. Absolut Frech und dreisst! Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher absolut nicht empfehlen.

It was a unique home to stay in. It was quiet and in a more rural location. The neighbours were friendly and welcoming too! It was handy to have a basic kitchen to make meals in. The only thing I didn't like was the floor tile in the bathrooms. It was uncomfortable on bare feet. Otherwise, good place to stay.

Μας έβαλαν σε λάθος δωμάτιο για 2 άτομα, ενώ είμαστε 4.Καθαριότητα Ανύπαρκτη! Ζεστό νερό δεν είχε,ούτε 1 ποτήρι για να πιείς! Ο ηλ.φούρνος-κουζίνα με...ιστούς αράχνης!!! Φύγαμε τρέχοντας! Το μόνο καλό είναι οτι πήραμε τα χρήματά μας πίσω!

The houses of Popi are really big and spacious with all equipment and furniture you need for a great vacation. We had a two-story-house with two little balconies, two bathrooms, one huge bedroom on the second floor and a big and cozy living room on the first floor. In the living room you can also find a kitchenette with oven, fridge, freezer, water boiler, coffee machine and all other stuff. The furntiture and decoration are in Greek style which we liked a lot. Additionally you have airconditioning on both floors. The house is located in a quiet and small street but we had bad luck with a barking dog early in the morning.... The village Agios Mironas is very small but you’ll find everything you need in the nearby mini markets, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. Be careful which road you take to Agios Mironas. Our GPS once leaded us up a very steep, narrow and rocky road which we would never take again, because it was kind of dangerous. But all other ways to the village are tared and easy accessible. Popi provided us with lots of useful information and recommendations and we felt very cared for and relaxed all time. We would return and can highly recommend you to book an accommodation of Traditional Cretan Houses!

Eine super Vermieterin, die uns alles im Dorf noch persönlich gezeigt hat. Sie ist auch jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar bei Problemen oder wenn man Infos zu Ausflügen braucht. Prakplatz für Mietauto ist gratis. Sehr ruhig gelegen und am Abend deutlich kühler wie unten in der hektischen Stadt Heraklion. Jederzeit wieder.

Appartamento caratteristico, situato a 25 km dal primo mare, lontano dai turisti. Per chi vuole vivere la "vera" Creta, la casa ha tutti i comfort possibili; nelle vicinanze immediate ristoranti caratteristici moolto economici, market "fai da te", paesani amorevoli che ti salutano allegramente dalle loro sediole nei vicoli e tra i loro gattini dai mille colori. Bellissima esperienza, consigliatissimo.
