The logistic and location very good because near the station and city center

Lack of dishwashing and washing machine, no vacuum cleaner all things that for a long stay is really necessary

Fridge and cooking facilities. Good shower

Most things - place is worn and tired. Faded curtains. Bed soft. Was emailed my room number and arrive late night flight only to find no key in key safe. Apparently my room had been changed. So long telephone call to French emergency number at expense got me into another room which was really not that pleasant. Communication poor prior to my stay. And I am not a complainer, just saying exactly like it is. Would not recommend or stay again and I come to Cannes regularly
