Bel appartement, propre, confortable, très proche de la plage et commerces. Si vous venez en voiture il y a le parking Lamy (payant) pas très loin.

Une table à repasser serait utile. Le fer à repasser est déjà fourni.

Luego de pagar el total de la estadía te envían un mail en el que exigen un resguardo de 750 euros con la advertencia de que si no se realiza no entregarían las llaves, el pago lo exigen por medio de un mail y un link desconocido para mi, completamente en contra de las recomendaciones de booking. No tiene ascensor, tuve que subir tres pisos 2 maletas de 25 kg y a mi hijo de 2 años con app 40 C de temperatura La entrada al edificio es sucia y con grafitis que da mala impresión Obligan a llevar la basura a 1.5 cuadras fuera del edificio

De locatie was goed,het appartement was vreselijk slecht, we hebben enorm slecht geslapen, wel vaak doorgegeven dat het bed doorgezakt en kapot was .verkeerde verdieping op 2 hoog 6 trappen omhoog voor bijna 70 jarigen terwijl beloofd was 1 hoog.bank kapot kookpannen kapot .technische dienst erbij geweest.bevestigd ook dat het bed kapot en doorgezakt is .nu erg pijn aan de rug en 1500 km naar huis rijden Nooit meer dat appartement, vele mensen klagen in dit appartement. Blij dat we nu in een ibis hotel zijn in een goed bed onderweg naar huis.Raad n ieder af dar appartement te nemen het was echt een domper op onze vakantie en veel geld ik zeg NOOIT MEER!!!veel gebeld en naar t kantoor geweest deden echt niets.ook booking gebeld kregen we niet te pakken ,blij dat onze vakantie voorbij is !!!en in hotel wat bij te slapen!!!!

If you are planning to enjoy the beach and the city then location is great. Also the building was located in good area, closed with gates.

I understand it's a 2-star-like hotel, but.. First of all - deposit. Maybe it's normal to ask deposit for staying in hotels or apartments, but 750 euros I've never paid for suchlike accommodation. We had a Europe road trip and this wasn't our only stop, so that deposit made a big kick. I would understand if those apartments would have been new and clean and they would love to keep them that way. But the floor looked like haven't been mopped for weeks, the sofa was dirty from some drinks or something, glass table was scratched, some dishes were broken. I don't understand for what that deposit was. We travelled 3 people. So 1 of us was sleeping on sofa bed. Very uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. Can't imagine how 2 people could sleep there. The AC didn't reach the bed room, so had to keep the door open. I'm not sure if all their rooms are like we had, but the shower was way too small. If you are a bit bigger than S-sized person, then be ready to slide in the shower sideways and no more movement possible than rotating. Never enjoyed ridiculously small shower like this. Uncomfortable. Also no ventilation in the bathroom and smelly water. I understand that's not the greatest and not the most expensive luxary hotel where you expect everything to be neat and brand new. But then I don't understand the meaning for deposit. Also those rules for taking the garbage out and doing the dishes or they will give you a fine. Should I pay deposit for a place which have been broken by someone and haven't been clean? And then make sure it's cleaner than before I checked-in? Overrated.
