Everything. The room was perfect and the view with the koi was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb on both days. We had a lovely couple of days in Kyoto made all the better with the stay here

There was nothing we didn’t like, we only wish we had stayed longer.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. The breakfast was a great experience. The location was in a slightly quieter area but wasn’t too far to walk where we wanted to go. Loved our stay.

Enemmänkin upea kokemus kuin pelkkä hotelli. Erilliset Onsen-kylpylät miehille ja naisille. Rauhallinen; yksin sai kylpeä joka ilta. Todella loistava asiakaspalvelu.

Sijainti hieman sivussa. Meitä ei haitannut. Bussille 5 min kävely, junaradalle vähän pidempi.

Authentic japanese experience, really nice and comfy rooms. Breakfast (japanese style) was really delicious. the stuff is really kind and knows english well.
