Old world style and history. The room was enormous with French doors opening onto the pool garden. The lounge area, open to the sky, was super relaxing particularly in that time before and after an evening meal, with a cocktail or coffee in hand. A bit more on the expensive side, the Indigo restaurant was a treat.

More comfortable loungers around the pool would have been great.

Lovely, well maintained mansion. A real throwback in time. Highly recommend Cafe Mangga on the property itself.

The staff were not helpful, seemed overwhelmed by the tours and guests checking in/out and sometimes just rude. The location was not central.

A very beautiful historic mansion, well worth experiencing. The rooms, bed, linens, attention to detail etc was exceptional. I loved the breakfast in the central courtyard. The little pool in the garden was an added bonus. And the restaurant was lovely, too. A strong recommendation to stay.

Check in was a little precarious. I think a separate area of room for guests to check in would be good. The problem is there are tour groups surging through the house, so privacy is compromised, and it can be noisy.

Piękna rezydencja. Duże, przestronne, czyste pokoje, bardzo dobrze wyposażone ( sejf, deska do prasowania, żelazko ). Bardzo dobrej jakości kosmetyki. Bardzo dobre śniadania z produktami własnej produkcji. Świadomość, że śpi się w rezydencji, gdzie kręcono „Indochiny”. Bardzo miła obsługa ( za wyjątkiem recepcji ).

Pani na recepcji ( Anna Yoon ) średnio miła. Nie wiedziała, że dzień wcześniej potrącili mi z karty za pobyt. Najwyraźniej byka zdziwiona gdy pokazałem jej potwierdzenie płatności. Przez cały dzień w części ogólnodostępnej hotelu organizowane są wycieczki co jest uciążliwe dla gości hotelu i nie zapewnia intymności. Na śniadania serwowana jest tylko kawa przelewowa. Ale najgorsze jest to, że obok hotelu jest food court - Red Garden z muzyką na żywo. Do 2.00 w nocy słyszy się występy jak z wiejskiego wesela. Bardzo to psuje klimat tego pięknego miejsca. Po pierwszej nocy zrozumiałem po co na szafce nocnej były zatyczki do uszów. Wiem, że to nie wina hotelu ale trzeba mieć tego świadomość przy rezerwacji tego miejsca za niemałą kwotę. Poza tym mimo licznych próśb - mailowych, przez WhatsAppa i osobiście ( byliśmy wcześniej w Georgetown w innym apartamencie ) nie uprzedzono nas o wcześniejszej dostępności pokoju, choć jak się okazało był on gotowy.

Good location and fantastic service. Massage at Virtue TCM was great too, a very relaxing experience.
