Great location in Fort Kochi, spacious rooms, very clean. Bar upstairs was great, food was lovely. Staff friendly and accommodating. Close to everything in Fort Kochi.

Great Location. Walkable distance from the beach, restaurants, atm, water metro etc. Breakfast was good. Spacious rooms, nice garden and area around the pool and attentive staff

We booked 2 rooms, in one of them water kept dripping from the air conditioning the whole time and they couldn’t fix it, the other room the air conditioning didn’t work properly. Swimming pool step edge need to be fixed, it’s broken with sharp edges and caused cuts for my kids. In addition the water was super salty not sure if it was excess chlorine

Great location. Huge room. Wonderful bathroom and shower.

Not enough loungers to use around the pool area and availability of pool towels was limited.

Room is huge and spacious.

AC is small for the size of the room , so it was pretty humid even after using the fan

Great location and lovely big rooms with very pleasant and accommodating staff.

No towels for the pool and too much chlorine on the pool - turned my silver black!!

The water in the bathroom seems murky and salty. The bedding seems a bit worn out.
