Location is great

Too overpriced for the facilities, rooms are old and dingy. Bathroom is also old school. It was worth half the price I paid

On the positive side, the staff did help us organize a boat trip and also arranged a taxi early in the morning on the day of departure, which we appreciated.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was rather uncomfortable. The floors in the room were very dirty. It seemed that they were only swept and not properly washed. There was no wet cleaning, and after walking barefoot, our feet and socks became dirty very quickly. Overall, the room felt dusty and not well maintained. On our departure day, we had agreed in advance that the hotel would try to prepare an early breakfast for us. However, in reality, no breakfast was provided at all. We were told that there was no gas available, but even simple snacks or cold options, which do not require cooking, were not prepared. As a result, there was nothing available, not even on time.

The location is really good and the staff is very kind and friendly. I need a laundry service for the same day and they were very accomodating.

I think the value for money is the worst problem here. In my room the shower didn't work and the AC was dripping a lot, wetting my whole luggage. We had breakfast included and it was not good, there were like 2 units of each item, burned and stuck to the pans. On one of the days there simply was no breakfast because they had "too few guests" - while eight people were left there drinking coffee and eating some stale cereal they left at the buffet. Problems can happen, but for more than 500 euros and with a 4 star rating, I would say no.

Our tour group spent two nights here. Staff were very friendly. Room was okay but a/c did not work well. Thank goodness we had a big ceiling fan that spread cool air. We reported to the front desk that our shower light did not work, but no one ever came to fix it. Not very bright in bathroom. Hot water came on if you turned the switch and waited about 10-15 mins. Towels are poor quality. Breakfast was just okay. Pool area was nice but no chairs/lounges to sit and enjoy. Location is great, near shops and restaurants.
