"Great location - unfortunately our room let down by poor hygiene"

Location was excellent close to the Fort Kotchi ferry , shops and cafes.

Our bedding appeared to have been recycled with remnants of previous occupants still in bedding. This was changed quickly after examination by staff but should not have happened in one of the more upmarket hotels in Fort Kochi.

Comfortable room - comfy bed, large space, warm shower, good air con. Nice to have a pool to refresh. Varied breakfast menu. Great location, just a couple of mins from main shops/cafes.

"Fab hotel"

Everything. Restaraunt served great food and also alcohol, which was a nice change as most hotels dont. Clean spacious rooms and lovely pool. Near the ferry terminal and chinese fishing nets. Also close to market and 10 minute walk to old colonial streets and cathedral.

Great location, clean comfortable room, helpful friendly staff.

The Air con unit was leaking a lot so we had to keep towels on the floor to stop it puddling.
