The Killians Boutique Hotel

The hotel has an old-world charm that we loved. The location is perfect and the food excellent. Deepasha and her staff ensured that we had a great stay. The amenities could be improved a little, especially toiletries.

The area near the pool stank really bad because of toilets right next to the pool.

breakfast was fine, but unclear if we had to pay (yes)

Pas d’eau chaude Le service est catastrophique La chambre que nous avons eu ne correpondait pas à celle réservée Mais surtout, nous devions partir tôt et le petit déjeuner payé et qui devait démarrer à 7h30 n’était toujours pas prêt à 8h même pour prendre un simple café

Un dossier de réclamation est en cours. Établissement non recommandable rapport qualité/prix.

Location of the hotel is in the center of the Kochi Fort; all the sightseeing places are walkable distances from the hotel. Excellent art cafes are nearby, and you can taste some of the exotic dishes in these cafes. Location of the hotel is its biggest plus point. It is an old property refurbished recently.

The food quality and menu needs to be improved. There isn't much to choose from. The room furbishing could be better and improved.

Breakfast recipes need a bit of revamping.

Service could be better. The cafe menu needs additional items.

המים במקלחת לא חמים בהחלט לא מלון 4 כוכבים רחוק מזה מאד. ריהוט מיושן מיטה לא נוחה זה יותר גסטהאוס עם בריכה קטנה , מלון זה לא!!!!

Heel vriendelijk personeel, warm ontvangst. Schone kamers en ontbijt was heerlijk! Ruime kamer en grote bedden.
