Their location is really good. Feel like almost middle between kuta beach and jalan pantai kuta(car-running main road). Local market, malls(discovery mall and beachwalk), Legian are all easy access.You can also reach airport by bus(teman bus). Reasonable rate for its facility. Staffs didn't understand English though, they always tried to help. Water pressure, hot water, toilet all good enough

Hopefully they have open kitchen with fire for simple cooking

war alles wie bestellt sauber und funktionierte alles wie es soll,sehr gutes preis leistungsverhältnis,war zudem ruhiger als erwartet.tolle lage nicht weit zum strand und anderen strassen in kuta alles prima ,gerne wieder einmal bei rückkehr aus ubud.´

OK for the price, good position, close to everything.

For the price, the hotel is ok. But on the first day, i was greeted with few centipede. Being asian n seeing the size, it is not a problem. However, my room was the first room near the cafe. I dont know whether it is the guest or the worker who were hanging out at the cafe and chattering loudly in wee hours (1am-3am). Most probably will only come back if this is my last resort.
