従業員の接客も申し分無し。強いて言えばベッドが少し自分には硬いかな？という感じだが、起きた時に不調になるほどでもないので気にならない お湯が出ないというトラブルがあったみたいだが、すぐに貼り紙をして周知している所は凄い良かったです。 あとはなんと言っても大浴場がある事が素晴らしいです。値段も安いし

"遮音"

隣を通っている高速道路の大型車の通行音がかなり部屋内に響き、夜中に目覚めてしまった。館内の音は聞こえない状態ですので、屋外からの遮音を考えていただければもっと良かったかと思います。あと、朝焼けの中の富士山はきれいでした。

Fabulous accomodation in Sano, excellent communication and kind staff, we highly recommend this place! Close to Ashikaga Flower Park and Sano Premium Outlets. Also excellent breakfast and parking!! Thank you very much, great start to our trip!

Nice breakfast! Laundry facility and massage chair are available.

Limited entry into onsen as any one time can allow a maximum of 2 pax. During my 2-day stay here, I never got a chance to use it.
