チェクイン時、お客さんを待たせすぎ 駐車場の案内看板分からない、ネットに誘導するが対応になっていない。結局フロントに聞きに行くが対応が遅い

スタッフの応対

居室扉がオートロックではない事。最近めったに見かけないので何度もロックし忘れた。これは非常に良くない また居室扉の閉まりが悪く、手でしっかり引かないと閉まらなかった。
