大浴場で足が伸ばせた、ゆったりとくつろげた

受付で他の人と間違えてしまい、現金で支払いですと言われ支払ったが、部屋にてスマホで確認したら10/31にカードから支払い完了の画面確認、受付で画面を見せて確認ができ、スタッフが間違いに気づき支払った現金は戻ってきたが、ホテル側が先に気づいて欲しかったです。

事前に連絡をしていたので、1時間早いチェックインに対応いただけた事は非常に助かりました。

エアコン リモコンの反応が悪く、中々思うような風量にならず 忘れた頃に反応する感じだったのがちょっと嫌でした 部屋に鏡がない…と思っていたけど引き出しの奥から折りたたみタイプの鏡が出てきてびっくりした。あるならあると書いておいて欲しい。

ひょっとするとルートインホテルでは 1番古いホテルかなぁ！ 設備は古いですが　ちゃんと管理している 様子を感じました。 ユニットバスルームが古いから しょうがないのでしょうが　便器が小さく ウォシュレットを付けるので便座が小さく すごーく窮屈でした。

"Mal riposo a suon di jazz"

La musichetta jazz nel corridoio, sparata a volume alto dalle 6 di mattino (avevo la cassa davanti alla porta della camera). Qual è il senso di tutto ciò? Non erano le 9, ma molto presto ... la gente immagino preferisca il silenzio e la tranquillità.
