場所が良かった。

ベッドの上に長い髪の毛が何本もあってひいた。設備は十分だったけど、ベッドメイクや清掃は問題があると思う。

"全体的には問題ない。 ポイント的に気になる部分が目立つ部屋、対応であった。"

スタッフの対応は基本的に良いと判断できる。

ただし、ブッキングドットコムにて予約をし、支払いも完了しており、フロントのカウンター上にポンタやdポイントが支払いで付けれると記載されていたので、尋ねたところ、ブッキングドットコムでのお支払いのためポイントは付きません。と言われただけだったのでなぜブッキングドットコムにて支払っているとポイントが付かないかなどの説明もなく、お詫びも表情もなかったと思うのでその点が一番気になりました。 部屋の設定温度が暖房でガンガンに効いていたので、暑くて、直ぐに止めて窓を開けました。 トイレの洗浄後、ずっと水が止まらないなぁと思って、トイレに戻りノブを元の位置辺りに戻してみると止まったので、ノブの位置なども記載しておくか、きちんと修理するかするべきだと思います。 ブッキングドットコムで少し安く利用する客には、その程度で良いと思われてるのかと勘ぐってしまいます。

清潔で綺麗だった 場所も近場に飲食店舗があり便利 朝食も美味しく頂きました。

部屋のテレビが電源が入らなくてテレビが見れなかった

部屋は広かったし荷物を置けるスペースも有り快適に過ごせた。

他に部屋が空いて無かったので仕方がないけどタバコの臭いが嫌だった。
