なにせスタッフの対応が気持ち良い、的確、施設も綺麗で何の不満もありませんでした。毎年2回、仕事でルートイングラント東陽町を利用していて、ルートイン好きなのですが、今回もこちらを選んで本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました。

本館401号室でしたが、メイン電灯のスイッチが逆回路になってて電気がつかない💦と焦ったことくらいです。すぐに対応いただけたので良くなかった点、にもならないですが。

駅から近い。夜に利用したレストランの店員さん（女性の方）が感じの良い方で、楽しい食事時間を過ごせた。

トイレの便座が冷たいので便座シートが備え付けてある。でも、便座に座って飛び上がったところで、目の前に "便座が冷たい"いう案内と便座シートが掛けてあるのは、改善の余地ありかなと。あと駅に近いからか電車の音が聞こえて結構うるさい。
