ビズネスホテルとしては「普通」と思います。 イスの足ローラー1個破損で使用中転倒しスリキズ負い申告するも「「ア、ソー」ぐらいの対応で驚いた。

ビジネスホテルなのに大浴場があって良かった。人工温泉とのことだったが、天然温泉に近いものでリラックスできた。朝食も同業他社と比べワンランク上だった。

室内、寝具のおじさんのような臭いが気になりなかなか寝付けなかったです。 私が泊まった部屋だけだと思いますが、、 翌日出張だったので寝具からの匂い移りが気になっていたが翌日やはり移ってしまっていたので少し困りました。 他は問題ありません。

インターからも至近で、近隣にコンビニや飲食店が沢山有りとても便利です。敷地内駐車場は無料で部屋の広さも充分で快適でした。

"朝食がおいしい!!!　大浴場がなごむ。"

ここの朝食を食べたら、おいしくておいしくて、ほかに行けません。米がおいしい、みそ汁（トン汁）うまい。 高級HOTELの朝食ビュッフェと比べてもおいしさは負けていません。 大浴場、これがなごみます、温度ちょうどいい。不思議にあったまります。私は諏訪に来たらここです。

"普通のルートイン 問題なし"

ホテル周辺にレストランなどもあり、立地条件は良いと思います。部屋は清潔、エアコンも新しく家庭にあるようなエアコンで、細かな温度調節も可能。駐車場は敷地内、EVの充電もルートイン定番の普通充電が二基あり、出力も16A安定。チェックアウトが10時なので注意必要、延長は1000円/時/人が必要。

年末年始に設備も新しく全体的によかったです。 失敗だったのは、エアコンは入れずに部屋の空調を強のまま寝てしまい、 夜中に寒くて起きてしまったこと… この時期の寒さを舐めてました。 温泉もありよかったのですが、人工温泉と知らなかったので源泉が良い方は駅前のルートインの方が良いかもしれません
