部屋のバスルームのドアのカギが内側から開けられなくなりました。部屋に夫がいたので外からコインで開けてもらい事なきを得ました。 メンテナンスした方が良いと思います。

第一諏訪インターと比べれば新しくきれい。 部屋のシャワーは弱く、物足りないと感じる。 大浴場もあるのでそちらを利用するのもあり。 朝食はバイキング。味付けも悪くないが、品数は多くも少なくもない。和食が中心なので、パン食は期待しない方が良い。 全室禁煙ですが、駐車場わきに喫煙所が設けられています。

"気の利いた朝食に満足"

朝食が工夫されててよかった。 家族連れ(スキー？)が多いためか、ケーキがありました。 大晦日ということでしょうか、信州蕎麦の振る舞い、気が利いてます。いつものポテもちも美味しく頂きました。

全体としては満足しましたが、この季節にしては掛け布団が薄過ぎ若干風邪を引いてしまいました。 もう少し調節出来ると良いと思います。

お風呂が部屋意外にありとても良かった。お湯はぬるめだが、大きい風呂は疲れがとれました。サービスのコーヒーも良かった。周辺は食べる所が沢山あって便利だった。
