Tsunami Spa Hotel

I have been here many times so it is good to see some positive improvements. Very friendly staff and the combination of Bartolomeo compliments the fascilities wonderfully. Free shuttle to the airport and Bartolomeo.

Stayed for 4 nights in luxury suite with my gf. Let's start from negative. 1) Conditioner was turned off and it was extremely hot the first 2 days. Explanation - it was too cold outside in the beginning of April and some guests asked to turn condi off because it was too cold. It was turned back on eventually but then it became too cold and only on the final night it worked properly so we could sleep comfortably. In luxury suites, bed is located very close to the ceiling so even if you open the window it won't help much because cold air remains on the first floor of the suite. 2) No large trash bin in this huge room. Only one small bin in each of two bathrooms. 3) We turned jacuzzi on and the water was yellow. Eventually, we waited like 10-15 mins and clean water appeared. 4) This one is a big one. No way to take a shower without holding it in your hand. Very uncomfortable. There are so many nice showers in spa area, why they couldn't make it properly in the most expensive room ? I was confused. Now, the positive. 1) This is the best spa I've ever been. It's located on 3 floors and the number of saunas, all kinds of them, was just amazing. Nice pool. nice warm jacuzzi. Everything works properly, nothing is broken. You can sit down and enjoy some tea with your partner. 2) Bang for a buck. Prices are so low comparing to similar hotels/spa in Western/Central Europe. Both the hotel room and spa itself is a huge value. 3 and 4) Perfect service and delicious food

everything is good organized, kindly reception and helpfully, the welness, Spa and massages are so good and relax, food is good

Very good value for money, exceptional food (especially breakfast), nothing comes close here in US in any 4stars hotels, very spacious rooms, Deluxe are two -levels with 1 and 1/2 baths, 2 TVs and do not forget about complementary spa. Overall - very good experience.

The hotel room was very nice, with hard wood flooring, looking to have been recently renovated. Breakfast was very good but is not a buffet style, you are required to prefill an order for each person dining, but this was not a big problem. The only negative, spa is open to the public, and not just hotel guests, so it can be quite busy. You are real close to the city center, walking distance, so do not expect great vistas from the hotel room windows. A number of restaurants are near by if you prefer dining out.

Tsunami is a spa hotel, where spa is much better than hotel. Parking during daytime impossible, rooms spacious, older style, but renovations have begun. I booked a deluxe suite, which advertises as double bed, but us two single beds together, a pet hate of mine. Shower leaked everywhere, which is also annoying.

Great hotel, excellent facilities, great location. Tsunami has many newly renovated rooms, easy parking, and above average staff

This hotel was really lovely. We had a 'cave' room, or one of the big rooms on the top floor. our room was 2 stories. Very clean, very nice. It had an Egyptian theme. Great views of the city. massive windows. Breakfast delivered to the room in the morning was great, so many choices. Checked out the spa, and that also was amazing. Down endless caves and tunnels underground, it was fantastic. Great access to the city. Strongly recommend.
