Tsunami Spa Hotel

Tsunami is a very good hotel, well located, well run, with reasonable facilities. Disappointed we couldn't use gym as was women only day, surprised they have that in Ukraine, it's not the Middle East

Not the first time I have stayed here, nor will be the last. This is a great hotel, many rooms recently renovated, making this a great stay. However, spa is men only on Wednesday, women only on Thursday. So when you book with your wife, expecting to have a nice relaxing day at spa, make sure you remember this ;) Is a silly rule. Half day single sex maybe, but a whole day is crazy.

They were refreshing the walls while we were there. Only one person at the hotel spoke English well, but with the free WiFi you can use Google Translate. The spa was amazing and free for paying guests. There were a couple of naked guys running around, but family friendly for the most part. The free breakfast was amazing. Much better than anything you would get in the US at a normal hotel. Would like to go back, actually.

The hotel was very new and very nice. Loved the room.

Tsunami is a well run, well located hotel in Dnipro with spa facilities and fitness centra attached. We didnt visit the spa this time, but have in the past, its Ukraine style, not luxurious, but adeuqate and again, staff are pleasant and helpful. Tsunami is a good alternative when in Dnipro

Thoroughly enjoyed visit to Dnepropetrovsk . Great friendly locals, fabulous restaurants-specially one on the river side...the hotel was one reason I would return. Tsunami Spa Hotel !

The hotel in general was good, however,.........I have travelled a few times now to former CIS countries and regions and appreciate they have their own idiocincrisies one of which is paying for your room on arrival. I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 pm and greated by Anna on reception. She has a good understanding of English and requested full payment for the room and breakfast. The following morning during check out, again being processed by Anna, she told me I had not paid for the room and demanded I provide my credit card and pay for the room and breakfast. I produced the copy of my invoice and credit card receipt of the payment from the night before. Anna did not apologise, but did accept that I had paid. She then demended I pay for the second cup of coffee I had with my breakfast, explaining that I had only paid for one cup....

Beautiful, large suite with nice high ceilings and amazing spa facilities included in the price.

Too short a stay, too much to do, i can recommend the spa

The hotel is not in family with 4 start hotel. There is not any bar. Just some bottles between the kitchen and a small cold restaurant with a lot of cold draft from the aisle. No bar/lounge environment. However, the spa area is number 1. Best one I have seen, but that does not make the hotel itself to a 4 star class.
