Il posto era bello, ventolosa con aria fresca. Certo che era anche molto caldo.

I did not like the fact that we were greeted with the inventory listas bad as it sounds. It was not just the kitchenware but the whole house which was a 3 bedroomed villa. From spoons to how many bed sheets , chairs , sofas , beds pots and pans painting on walls to fire estinguishers. basically did the inventory for them. B3low you will see the copy of the list done with humor so wr don't lose our minds. We were threatened that if we refuse to do so. And somehow they find anything missing they would bill us of any of the items. So we did to make sure that we were not to end up paying for anything we don't know of. After we had a whole afternoon and next morning of checking all the staff, noticing that they were glasses, plates, missing cutlery items that were mentioned but never seen. We handed over the list to them. To our surprise the recieptionist tells us that they were going to compare our inventory list with the last client that last checked out before us to see who missed what. Meaning they were making everyone do their inventory for them. I do not want to start on how much upseting that was. So rude after paying so much money to go and have a holiday and end up being put to work. Yes, the place is nice , yes the location is amazing but the treatment is not worth it. If you want to go there please make sure that you are ready to lose half of your holiday. The restuarant side is nice but the food not so good. We had food poisioning.. good thing we had to our own food and cooked home for the next days and avoided going there. If i knew better i would have ordered a salad just as everyone else as their salad was the only fresh thing they had that day. I know its too hot but they should also be careful with items that have to stay fresh and if it goes bad it is not worth cooking period.

Localização excelente, mesmo em frente á lagoa, muitas opções para os hospedes desde a praia mesmo em frente, as piscinas, passeios de barco e outras actividades... apartamento bem equipado. Todos gostámos muito do espaço e do serviço.

Um dos seguranças do restaurante foi muito rude com uma das pessoas do nosso grupo so porque estava com um top de biquíni e saia, porque as regras não permitem pessoas de biquíni na esplanada, o que é estranho sendo uma instancia balnear e estando já nós de saida quando foi feita a abordagem! Outras questões, a SMART TV nao permitiu a ligação á internet porque o sinal era fraco, ha alguma necessidade de maior cuidado com a manutenção, num dos quartos o AC pingava agua em cima da cama, as portas dos duches nao seguravam a agua, molhando o chão do WC.
