Je viens depuis 4 ans , l’établissement est toujours de bonne qualité mais apparemment, la direction a changé.On se sent moins accueilli, le client habitué n’a pas plus d’importance que n’importe quel client . De plus l’attribution des chambres ( quelque soit le prix payé) semble être fait au petit bonheur la chance ! Cette fois ci malgré le prix , on m’a proposé une chambre sans vue ( sur un mur ) , il a fallu que je râle pour avoir une chambre avec vue . De plus fuite du toi dans la SDB .

Palazzo antico con ambienti molto belli e in buona posizione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile (per motivi di lavoro ho chiesto di fare colazione un pó prima dell'orario di apertura e sono stati molto cortesi nel consentirmelo).

La mia stanza purtroppo aveva un cattivo odore di umidità. La colazione alla carta è da migliorare.

Bra frukost, ingen buffé utan man valde från en meny. Vackra lokaler över lag. Litet och intimt hotell.

Rummet var inte alls vad jag förväntat mig. Låg högst upp uppför branta trappor, oinspirerat inrett, såg mest ut som skräp som ställt in, fanns ingen tanke alls med inredningen.

Stunning Period Property

Large heavy room doors made considerable noise during the night, especially in the tiled corridors ( part of the buildings charm). Maybe soft door closing mechanisms could be installed without affecting the ambience of the hotel.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Hotel, liebevoll und mit Stil eingerichtet. Schöne Terrassen, mit Pool. Das Frühstück war toll, mit lokalen Produkten und wir konnten sogar noch um 11 Uhr in Ruhe bestellen :-)

Die Bar sollte abends etwas länger geöffnet haben :-)

Stunning property. Beautifully decorated, preserved and regenerated for hotel use. The staff was impeccable!

No life to top floor, but, oh well. Still loved it!

Zufallsentdeckung auf der Suche nach einem aussergewöhnlichen Hotel. Die Lage im touristisch eher weniger erschlossenen Teil von Lissabon etwas von der Innenstadt entfernt. Dafür wird man von tollen Zimmern, erstklassiger Betreuung und einem tollen Ambiente verwöhnt. Ich komme wieder!
