Hyatt Regency Jinan

Located in city center, steps from Wanda shopping mall, lots of dinning options. No subway stations in walkable distance, this might be the only disadvantage.

We had a small suite assigned to us. Old hotel so most of the plug requires a adaptor and hotel does not provide adptor nor understand what is a adaptor which was appalling. Finally found 1 plug tucked in the corner of the living area which provided the same outlet used for HK/ MY/SG. Not a single USB charging port. The sink and the tap is badly in need of change. The walk to Baotu Spring Park took us 20 mins, there is no nearby subway. I notice if we use the English name - Hyatt Regency Jinan for Didi order, the car will stop outside of the side road instead of driving into the hotel front entrance, so do take note, best to type the hotel address instead. The members lounge offers simple dinner and drinks from 6 to 8 pm which is a huge plus. House keeping needs to address the cleanliness as they will not wash the cups for you nor even vacuum the room. Empty Cup noodle left on table will remain on the table, they will not clear for you as well. Breakfast was average.

Good and comfortable hotel, with good service. Nice gym and pool

Location is difficult to reach during peak traffic hours, very congested area. Evening buffet was full over the week-end, impossible to enjoy it

The hotel is quite ok for a business trip. The location is ok, too, but I will consider another neighborhood for another visit. The staff was great and helpfull.

Only one staff member, who works during the night shift, speaks English. The breakfast is 95% Chinese, letting foreigners outside. There was no fridge in the room. There was no international channels on TV. In general, the hotel is not made for foreigners and that's ok.
