Hyatt Regency Jinan

大夏天的空调自动制热不制冷，空气循环很糟糕，室内空气极差，客房服务几乎没有，要一瓶水要等一个小时还得催了才送说是很忙

A young tall male at the front desk was very kind and helped us with a cab to Jinan Airport in the early morning of Sep 20th. I was really appreciative of him.

The hyatt is in a good location and walkable to the lake and old town, although it is a decent walk. The breakfast was good although, like most places in China, they need to lift their coffee game.

The hotel is in dire need of a refresh, talk about 50 shades of brown, great hotel if you love brown

the room was perfectly quiet as I requested, which more than met my expectations. I enjoyed the breakfast, so hat's off to the in-house chefs

to be honest, there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay in the hotel. it was a fantastic environment to be in and the staff at the hotel were friendly and in good spirits

breakfast: was a continental style buffet and was high quality. the room: had a decent enough view and everything worked as it should location: it was in the center of Jinan so easily accessible to major attractions

Location is perfect

Facilities are a little getting old, and some are malfunctioning.
