⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atención excepcional de Hanna Queremos destacar especialmente el magnífico trabajo de Hana durante nuestra estancia en L'Etoile d'Orient Riad Esmeralda. Desde el primer día nos hizo sentir como en casa gracias a su amabilidad, cercanía y atención constante. Preparaba y servía los desayunos, tés y cafés siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud muy profesional. Hanna estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento, cuidando cada detalle y asegurándose de que no nos faltara nada. Su trato cálido, su dedicación y su buena disposición hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera mucho más agradable y especial. Personas como Hanna son las que marcan la diferencia en un alojamiento. Le estamos muy agradecidos por su excelente trabajo y por hacernos sentir tan bien atendidos durante toda la estancia. Muchas gracias, Hanna. The WiFi was up and down. The room was a tiny bit small when opening a large suitcase.
