The staff, the riad/hotel and location were all superb! We travel the world and this was one of the top 3 pals we've ever stayed in 30 years!

There's nothing not to love! Special attention was paid to every little detail!

Difficile d’accès

L’emplacement exceptionnel et le personnel exemplaire à l’écoute et attentionné

La porte a 2 pans rend l’accès de la chambre pas commode si on ouvre pas les 2 pans. La décoration est un peu passé. Une simple pomme de douche dommage … mais le gros flop pour moi c’est le petit déjeuner… ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel de ce standing. Des boissons chaudes mises à disposition dans des Thermos que l’on utilise pour le camping non … le thé s’est des sachets lipton pas possible au pays du thé à la menthe ! Le pain marocain sec et immangeable… déçue très déçue… la terrasse aussi mériterait un rafraîchissement.. coussins sales set de table aussi ….

Wow, this was amazing! Central location right in the middle of the market. Right outside is the little strip where everyone gets the 2 euro sandwiches. can get super busy. We love the location. at the same time it's in an alley so around very quiet. There's an in-suit bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms, very comfy. We loved having coffee on the rooftop terrace. but the best part of this is Yakout (sp?) the amazing maid that comes to the place every morning to cook our breakfast. She's so sweet and kind. And also cleans for you. The breakfast is simple, traditional, a big spread, and so delicious. Oh and the hot tub is very nice, to wash feet or body everyday.

This is the real Marrakesh, so if you expect concrete buildings or wide clean streets u'll be very disappointed. Instead, you have a porter taking you from the road 10 mins by foot to the hotel via the giant market area. And the market can be overwhelming. It's a developing country so you'll also see dirt or poverty or run down places. The riad's wonderful but it also traditional and has no 90 degree angles. :) We see this as part of the amazing travel experience and appreciate all of it, but we also know it's not for everyone. I just want you to know what you're in for, and not put up a bad review because it didn't match your imagination.
