""Couldn't be better""

Ive stayed at Manila Grand Opera Hotel for 2 seperate Dates and i wod loke to share my personal experience to this property, who i believed has a potenrialto improved . It doesnt matter what star rank you have its the hospitality service that matters bit for some. It did not go well.I think the management failed to implement their own hotel standard. My personal Feedback 1. Upon arrival the concierge on duty failled to provide assistance unloading the guest luggage by himself. Their concierge and security was busy chit chatting. 2. Upon check in i did not feel welcome no smile, no warm greetings just neutral. 3. Although Mich was accomodating she failed to emphatized when i forwarded my concern sbout the TV Signal, just a plain "Ahh" No actions was taken from her side its liike (Not our concern). 4.FO and F&B dont have proper collaboration especially numbers of Pax during breakfast. No ownership. GoodJob to "Raymond" For tsking action and provodong resolution to lessen the inconvenience and waitong time. Demi Chef Rey was awesome ,Conversant, friendly and accomodating. 5.FO Cat has a very neutral phase its like she doesnt want to bother especially when i ask her to breakdown the PHP 1000 into smaller bill, female OJT dont know whats going on around her especially cluster group arrival. The FO Guy there was so creepy not smiling at all the way he communicate is like talking only to his street friend. I dont know why these people are in front line arent they aware that First impression is so essential? Sometimes its not only the physical apperance that matters being a Hotelier.Good Job to FO Shaina for taking acrions on wet floor after being informed. 6. Those staffs operating the Lift was awesome very polite and showcase their smile even long hour of shift. 7. Shower Head was dirty and rusty so terrible . Laundry bag was tylically a transparent bag. Imagine this to a 3star ranked hotel. 8. Housekeeping guy delivered extra bathroom ammenites, soap toothpaste shampoo and dental kot in one garbage bag (omg) we are in the 7th floor that time. 9. No proper telephone etiquette some will answer "Hello" (Mentioning Their Depsrtment) some typical "Helllo" This is alarming. 10. The Buffet breakfast was average during that time the bread is almost spoiled Kudos to Raymond for the Haste action. Some of the F&B even the staff in the Bar doesnt smile nor greet the guest consistenly. Well, i do hope that this will raised to the concerned management coz i think they falter to respond to the guest feesback at tripadvisor as well which is very essential. Im not against the Hotel neither the Management iam sharing my own personal experienxe for them to accept the critticism of reallity on whats going on to their Area.. Breakfast is good but maybe more variety to be serve the next time.

That everytime we have to eat we need to get a stub in the reception instead of letying the staff knows of our room number like other countries do.
