Hmmm…. Nothing actually except that the breakfast could have sausages and hash browns.. 😀

Location and food

First they took us to a room and we ran out of the room coz of the mould smell. Then they showed another room, and it was ok but when I laid on the bed and saw the fan, oh my God literally I jumped out of bed. Fan (wings) was full of dust and dirty black in color, as if they didn’t clean it for months. Then they gave us an upgrade -room #106. Kettle wasn’t working properly coz the wall power point was not fixed properly. We need to fix it everyone we used. Room was too small. In the washroom, the water was stagnant and cannot bathe for more than 5 mts. How can we stand in our own dirty water????. Coming to the SPA. SPA was ok but after the massage they made two of us to sit in one room for sauna. How can you sit together? Ridiculous and we paid 4800 rs for 2. Coming to the outdoor pool. It was super cold and they didn’t have the heating system inside the pool. So no point in commenting. Staffs were very polite and kind except one receptionist. She was rude and defensive all the time. She did not understand what we were asking her. Rimpy, Aruna, Naveen and Vasanthi were very polite. First night, I ordered soup and waited for 35mts. Food was ok at Orange restaurant. Since it was no crowd, it was not a buffet menu. They gave us a menu card to choose. We didn’t get to try all the food . Less customers or more they need to give us what they advertised but whatever they gave us was good. Trekking was great experience. Thanks to Naveen. Good location but it was untidy, dirty. They need to maintain it.
