Location is good. Only thing we liked is the trekking service provided by Hotel. The staff accompanied was great and enjoyed the trecking.

Overpriced room. Had to upgrade to Junior Suite as they think Kids aged 12 should be considered adult(I have stayed in other hotels and they never had any problem with that). The room just had enough amenities , No wardrobe, or night gowns were provided. Room service was poor . Kids play area doesnt have enough things and equipments were misplaced. Breakfast is just ok , nothing to be special about it. Certain staffs were good , but overall service was poor. Please avoid restaurant for food options, massively overpriced . You get better options around the corner.

Location Food n Staff

Food plates leftover outside guest room was not cleared asap. Will attract pest. Inside room cloth hanger bar too high. TV remote control not so user friendly.
