Location of the property

Food ( lunch was very bad), their were housefly in the lunch area.. Understaffed.. They were trying best to manage the situation.. Staff is demotivated clearly visible in the body language..

"Poorly managed hotel"

Food, location, views

Air conditioning was not working. Had to change rooms, even in the new room ac was faulty. As a bonus, new room's lock was broken. After a horrible night with faulty ac, finally got a room with everything working. Despite knowing that a group of senior citizens are travelling, help was neither sufficient nor prompt. Extremely disappointed

location is good. they have good facilities and events for children.

View from the property & swimming pool

The check in was at 2PM and we got room access card at 4:30PM after requesting multiple times. The staffs never apologised or issued any form of compensation for the delay. Few of the rooms didn’t even have mini bar filled, missing towels and TV remote. Absolutely disorganised! Food is very average and the staffs couldn’t even manage the complimentary breakfast well. very messy, mixing up orders and confused staffs.

"Pleasant stay turned worse because of wrong billing"

Only location was good

Did not like their front office who did the billing wrongly by charging in excess of what was there for selected room. There was a transaction failure and this was badly managed by Orange restaurant staff. I have not received back the excess amount charged back to my account even after a week now.
