I love the location. Private beach front with a pool. There was a storm when we were there but that didn’t deter fun plans. We had a pool party in the rain instead! Rooms are comfortable and clean!

An event took place the last night of our stay. We weren't able to sleep until past 2am because of the very loud music! We have asked numerous times for management to enforce the 10pm curfew so we could rest for our early morning travel back to the city. Apparently they could not do that. It was very disappointing! The loud shitty music with the loud shitty bass was turned off at 11:40pm but the singing still went on for another 2hrs! You could imagine our stress and frustration! They have assured us a week before our stay that everything will be under control, music will be off by 10pm, blah blah. Our wellbeing was not deemed important! Our needs (me and my friend) were last versus the 20+ people's inconsiderate actions! The bottomline was the most important for them! We expected better from this hotel!

It was a relaxing stay.

I booked this for my family for one night but since they enjoyed the peace and serenity of the place, they extended for one more night. They got a different room on their second night since the room they initially got is no longer available for extended stay.

It is ridiculous to me that my family was asked to pay an extra P3,000 if they are going to use the kitchenette, although it is already listed in the facilities included in the Hillside Casita (refer attached screenshot). Isn’t it supposed to be already included in the room fee (P12,161) since it’s listed in the inclusions? I just hope the resort won’t delete this inclusion after this complaint. Sorry, I got the receipt. The 300 pesos per kilo service charge for the resort‘s staff to cook your raw foods makes a little bit of more sense. This is one reason why tourism in the Philippines is getting more unpopular by the day. It’s obvious resorts such as this one just want to milk money out from their guests so if you are thinking to book this resort, proceed with a lot of caution. You actually can book more luxurious hotels without extra charges for the same price. I have been to over 20 countries but this is the first time I have encountered such scheme. So disappointed.
