"High end private resort and beach."

The staff from checking in to checking out was top notch. I felt like I was in a 5 star resort. The food in the restaurant was some of the best food I've ever had in all of the Philippines. I highly recommend this private resort.

The water pressure wasn't optimal but a minor inconvenience.

"It was a relaxing stay with staff so attentive and friendly, the resort is so nice and the food is superb."

The property is right on the beach and we booked a room right next to the pool and beach, so everything was easy access for us.

There were a leaks in the toilet that we didn’t know were it was coming from that put me off and there were a few loose boards on floor of the room needs a bit of repair.

Slightly dated, requiring a bit of maintenance in some places. But super friendly staff, pleasant place, clean ...

The cook (can't call it a chef) was abysmal. Had a "sirloin" that I could easily have dribbled on a basketball court and the salmon for my girlfriend was terribly overcooked. The food was a disaster and the only reason I'm not going back.

There were plenty of staff to assist with whatever needs you had. Very friendly. Got to the room, there was a greetings on the TV to me, which I thought added a little class to the hole thing. The food was very good. Work was constantly being worked on for cleanlyness. Of the resorts that I have gone too thus far, this takes 1st place.

"Five Stars for Service"

This was my 3rd stay at the Punta Bulata Resort and from the moment of our arrival until departure the staff provided excellent support and assistance. The front desk staff was kind and attentive and upgraded our room based on the mobility limitations of one guest in a wheel chair. Housekeeping staff helped with bags and the restaurant staff lifted the wheel chair up several stairs and into the restaurant every day for meals. Five stars for service. Food at the restaurant was great and the atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. I will certainly return and stay at the Punta Bulata Resort again and will recommend the place to family and friends.
