The Resort is beautiful and not crowded

Staff does not respond in a timely manner. For any questions response will be after at least 2 days. Restroom in 2 and 3 smells so bad. Hillside Casita does not have a nice view. Resort should also landscape Hillside Casita view and put some chairs like the front of the Cabanas. No resort map is available so I cant imagine the layout when i booked

Breakfast buffet is good.

Bed mattress was not comfortable, also worn out with black brown foam. Casita was far off at the end corner of the resort which is ideal for big families but can only accommodate 4 persons. Pool was very tiny. Casita area has an abandoned boat parked by the shore which blocks the view; better if management can move it somewhere else.

The location was great. This could be a lovely place to stay.

I was disappointed considering the price. There was a real problem with ants and bugs in the room. We went to shower in the morning and there was no hot water. The wifi only worked if you was outside the room. The tv didn't work due to poor wifi. We were only here for 1 night, the problems only became apparent after we'd had a meal in the restaurant, too late to complain. I mentioned the issues on checkout but there were no apologies or discounts.
