I can’t begin to explain what a special trip this was to us. The team at Equilibria went above and beyond for us in every way! We asked them to organize a vow renewal ceremony for us and although they had never done that before, they agreed and knocked it out of the park. Housekeeping left us a gift on the bed every single night. Food was delicious every time. I unfortunately got Bali belly during our stay and that’s when we really felt like the entire team turned into our family, going out of their way to check on me, make sure I have everything I need, feeding me appropriate foods. Service was impeccable and above all else, every single member of the staff was so kind and so hospitable, from the housekeepers to the receptionists, drivers, servers, and ofc the managers. Special shoutout to Agus, Patrick, and gade! What an incredible team at Equilibria !

Would like to say this experience for our family was impeccable. We were happy with everything they supplied for us and more. The service was 10/10 and couldnt of asked for a better place to have stayed with our son who was 18 months old. The perfect location for a family. Will definitely be back. Thankyou so much

Beautiful villa, with amazing staff . Being able to have breakfast at anytime was great, it enabled us to fully relax and not have to worry about the time. Room was cleaned at our convenience. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect stay for a long weekend away from everything. Although the villas are down a laneway off a busy street, it is hard to believe how close you are to such hustle and bustle when you are in your villa. We stayed in the waterfall villa and the pool provided us with refreshing swims during the day and at night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and definitely the stars of this establishment.

Didn't like that you have to take stairs to the living room. Inconvenient when it is night or raining.

Really stunning villa. Loved the staff very friendly and we got little gifts every night which was really sweet! Good eats locally and their room service was great too! Would recommend and come there again. Loved our private pool too!

This hotel is awesome. Great location, design and great service. Special mention to Gede, from the time we arrived until the time we were about to leave. He was very helpful ,respectful and accommodating. All the staff are very courteous and friendly! Until next time Bali.

Great place to stay. Very nice villa’s and great staff. There are willing to help you with any request. Unfortunately the airconditioning in our villa stopped working, they picked it up quickly and tried to find the best solution for us. Would stay here again

Beautiful place to stay and the split systems aircon is wonderful especially in Bali. The villas are exactly as they look the staff are amazing and so friendly. Felt very spoilt and the spa is beautiful had 2x 50 min massages that were blissful. Highly recommend for a couple or honeymoon to be absolutely in luxury for a few days. Very close to main shops and some great restaurants around the corner.
