Staff and location were excellent. Our room had a view of Matterhorn and every room has a nice balcony.

The spa was less than I expected but still nice.

View of Matterhorn is perfect. Spacious room with one of the most comfortable beds. Excellent hotel in a great location. Breakfast was delicious as well.
