Peninsula Resort & Spa

We LOVED Peninsula! I often don’t write reviews, but this place deserves top marks. The location and views are amazing, the water was beautiful (we mostly swam from the platform). The hotel design is elegant and understated, very tasteful. It feels more like a 5-star, honestly. The food was delicious with many different salad and dessert options, usually at least one kind of meat and fish. Our room was spacious and stylish, with a fantastic view from the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We cannot wait to come back!

This is not the place for you if you want to avoid walking or steps. It’s built on and into a cliff, so there is a decent amount of stair-climbing involved. There is a walk down and up to the two beaches and also to the swimming platform. It’s about 40 stairs up to the bathroom from the platform, for example. That said: if you stayed in the main building and swam only at the main pool you could avoid stairs and much walking and would still have gorgeous views. This is also not the place if you your main wish is big, sandy beaches. There are two beaches attached to the hotel, but they are a walk, they are not long, and are rather stoney/sandy. But none of this was a minus for us: we loved everything about the place.

Staff very friendly, accommodating and clean. This is perfect for a family break. We have stayed in more luxurious resorts, but you pay more. The resort, location, operating model, is perfect for what you pay. Would be happy to return with a group of friends. The walk to neighbour Agia is surprisingly close and great for something different..

Gym is small, limited to 2 persons, which you book, but often other guests walk in and it is not for me to tell them they have not booked. There is so much to do, the gym is not the focus, but you can get a run on the treadmill or some space to do some basic exercises.

Nice amenities, very friendly people serving food and cleaning.

Saw a cockroach in our bathroom. Reported to the front desk but they said it’s normal

В отеле много детей, но развлечений для детей мало. Если гостиница поставит детскую площадку с качелями и горками, то это будет просто замечательно.

We had a lovely stay at the Peninsula Resort. We were especially happy that we were allowed to checkout late at no extra cost.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I liked the cleanliness, the good food, the friendly hospitality, the well-maintained facilities, and the beautiful view from my room.

However, I did not like that toilet amenities were not consistently provided or replenished during my stay, which was the only drawback.

מקום עם נוף מהמם ומיקום מעולה

המחיר לא זול, המלון נחשב להכל כלול. האוכל לא משתלם כלכך כהכל כלול כי אין הרבה מבחר כל ארוחה נראית אותו דבר וכמו הארוחה ביום לפני כן מה שמבאס מאוד. בנוסף האוכל לא כלכך טרי, הירקות והפירות… ביום הראשון שהגענו אמרנו וואו בטוח שנחזור, עם הזמן הבנו שהמחיר של ההכל כלול לא באמת שווה את היצע האוכל (היו 2 ארוחות שאכלנו בחוץ כדי לגוון), בנוסף אין כמעט שום דבר יווני באוכל שזה מבאס, אין גבינה/סלט יווני, היה פעם אחת גירוס והלחם היה יבש…. בנוסף האלכוהול שיש חינם - כל הקוקטיילים יוצאים ממכונה שמכינה מראש והטעם לא כלכך ניתן לשתייה…
