Peninsula Resort & Spa

We had an amazing 3-night stay at this hotel in Crete! The atmosphere was relaxing, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Me and my husband truly enjoyed every moment — from the beautiful views to the delicious food and great service. The location was perfect for both relaxing and exploring the island. We left with wonderful memories and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

Велика теріторія готелю. Краєвиди з балкона на море. Тепле море. Пляж готелю Цементо був закрит на реконструкцію,але поруч з обох боків готелю є два пляжа з прозорою водою. Дістатися пішки до них (вниз по сходинках) 4-6 хв, 25 € за парасольку та два шезлонга,як бонус дві пляшки води у ємності з льодом. На пляжі можна взяти в оренду катамаран,сап або човен з мотором. Один з басейнів в готелі з морською водою. Місця вистачало біля басейнів усім. Рушники для пляжного відпочинку входили у вартість. Різноманітна та якісна їжа.Було дійсно смачно! Готель та номер були дуже чисті. Room service на відмінно, дякую Галині,яка працює на першому поверсі готелю. Заміна рушників щоденно,постільну білизну замінювали кожні 2 дні. Все сподобалось!

Комарі,але в готелі є крамничка,де можна купити прилад від комарів.

Our overall stay was amazing and the staff were always friendly and helpful. My wife with her Gluten intolerance also had no problems with any of her food (desert variety was extremely limited but she still had options), the food was amazing, the location and views from the resort amazing and the salt pool was quiet and relaxing.

Unfortunately most of the evening events were discuss / hosted in French (from what we got) so we could not participate but locations cannot always cater for everyone. Unfortunate but definitely no real influence on the overall stay. Not the hotel, but within: There is a company advertising their quad tours (Safari Tours Peninsula – Quad & Buggy Safari) all within the hotel. It was the worst experience in our entire 3 weeks in Greece and to this day regret having gone. I would suggest the hotel does regular customer reviews if they use the services of others and remove underperforming "vendors" that they allow to advertise and work from their premises.

Hôtel Club très sympa, avec belle vue en hauteur . Pratique avec des ascenseurs accessibles si besoin. 2 plages publiques à proximité (assez petite) mais très pratique. En mai, quelques bars et endroits n'étaient pas encore ouvert. La chambre était très spacieuse. A 30/40mn du centre ville de Héraklion. On peut se garer dans l'hôtels mais le parking est assez petit. Les repas sont bons et assez variés.

Les boissons ne sont vraiment pas bonnes (ce sont des sous marques de soda pas très bon). Dommage car ca impacte le qualité des cocktails aussi. Les viennoiseries le matin pourraient être améliorés aussi. La chambre était spacieuse mais un peu vide en terme de mobilier.
