The location is perfect in the heart of the city. Mr. R. Siva the GM was very helpful with the online correspondence for booking the room and welcoming us personally. Mani was very helpful in arranging the tourist vehicle for sightseeing and was overall helpful. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Clean room. The veg breakfast is good with many options. Overall, it is a very good location and the facilities are excellent.

Maybe they can provide non-Veg breakfast. Make arrangements for socket and USB ports for international travelers'.

As per the room, the picture shows on the website that it looks like a new one, but all furniture is very bad condition and not in the neat condition. In my room, restroom lights are not working properly after given information. Also, they're not able to repair it. Staff are very kind and professional, but the property is not worth it.
