Il n’y avait pas grand chose de positif mise à par des draps propres et le chauffage fonctionnait bien, malgré une mauvaise odeur qui s’en dégageait quand je l’ai allumé.

Lorsque j’arrive dans la chambre, les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas et une mauvaise odeur émane de la petite cuisine. Le sol, les surfaces ainsi que la salle de bain ne sont pas propre. Je vais voir le receptionniste qui me donne les clés d’une nouvelle chambre. Celle si sent encore plus mauvais que la première et de même, les pièces ne sont pas propre. De plus le jour suivant, je m’apperçois qu’il n’y a pas d’eau chaude. Ce n’est pas bien isolé non plus, je suis très déçue.

La taille du lit et l’espace dans la chambre

L’accueil par le personnel du matin : les personnes a l’accueil et au petit déjeuner sont plus occupées a jouer sur leur téléphone qu’a s’intéresser a la clientèle. Au petit déjeuner, il n’y avait plus rien de salé a 8h30 du matin. Les yaourts étaient congelés dans la glace, on ne pouvait même pas les sortir. La personne reste sur son téléphone, a peine si elle dit bonjour. Le petit déjeuner est donc tres cher pour ne pouvoir manger du sucré (choix tres limité : viennoiseries trop cuites, 1 baguette a dispo rien de plus. Pas de fromage...) On nous a facturé (5,90 euros) un petit déjeuner pour un bébé de 10 mois. Tres décevant d’un point de vue culinaire et l’accueil est déplorable.
